【Abstract】 To punish plural Mafia crimes,it is necessary to clarify the relationship of plural crimes committed by evil forces before any punishment can be made with proper rules selected and according to the principle of criminal culpability adaptation. The relationship of plural Mafia crimes can be divided into related and unrelated ones. The related plural Mafia crimes include the coopetition relationship of the law, the imaginative concurrence relationship,the implicative relationship and the absorption relationship; the unrelated relationship of plural Mafia crimes refers to the plural crimes without these four relationships. For the unrelated plural crimes,combined punishments should be carried out,while for the related plural crimes,combined punishments are usually not applied,instead sentences are made according to the specific circumstances of the relationships of particular plural Mafia crimes.更多还原
