典型公路炭质页岩隧道变形安全基准值研究

【摘要】 姜路岭隧道为典型的高寒高海拔公路炭质页岩隧道,由于受特殊环境影响,围岩变形快、变形大、持续时间长,工程风险极大。现行的监控量测规范提出的变形预警标准不适合高寒高海拔炭质页岩隧道塑性大变形的特点,基于现场监测数据,采用3σ统计法得到姜路岭炭质页岩隧道不同埋深条件下变形基准值,并对比拟合公式的变形预测值,证实提出的变形基准值的合理性。发现姜路岭隧道围岩变形量随隧道埋深的增大而增大,确定出姜路岭隧道深埋条件下的围岩变形分级及管理基准,成果使得监控预警和施工管理工作有章可循,隧道坍塌风险得到了有效的控制。

【Abstract】 As the typical charcoal shale tunnel under the environment of high altitude and high-cold area,The main problems for surrounding rock during the construction of Jiangluling tunnel are as follows,high deformation rate,great deformation,long stabilization time,these risks produce a great influence on safety of the project.The early warning criterion for deformation proposed by current monitoring measurement specifications is not suitable for the charcoal shale tunnel under the environment of high altitude and high-cold area with plastic large deformation.Based on the field monitoring data,the baseline values for deformation of Jiangluling tunnel under different buried depths are obtained by employing 3σ statistical method,and it is confirmed reasonable comparing with the calculative formula.It shows that surrounding rock deformation increases with the buried depth,the management standard for deformation under the great buried depth is gained for Jiangluling tunnel,which could guide the monitoring and supervision during construction,and then effectively control the risk of the tunnel collapse.
