白头翁粗皂苷对AA肉鸡血清抗氧化能力的影响
Effect of Crude Pulsatilla Saponin on Serum Anti-oxidative Activity in AA Broilers
【摘要】 目的:研究白头翁粗皂苷对AA肉鸡血清抗氧化能力的影响。方法:选择1日龄AA肉鸡72只,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组2个重复,每个重复18只,肉鸡自由采食和饮水。试验组在15日龄时饮用添加白头翁粗皂苷提取液的饮用水,对照组饮用不含提取液的饮用水,连续3d。分别在25、29、33日龄时,每组随机屠宰6只,采血液离心制备血清,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果:试验组与对照组的肉鸡血清SOD活力差异均不显著(P>0.05);在25日龄,试验组的CAT活力显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在29、33日龄,试验组与对照组的CAT活力差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组与对照组的MDA含量差异均不显著(P>0.05);在25、29日龄,试验组的GSH-Px活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在33日龄,试验组的GSH-Px活力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白头翁粗皂苷可在一定程度上影响肉鸡的抗氧化能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To assay the effect of crude pulsatilla saponin on serum anti-oxidative activity in AA broilers.Methods:72 one-day-old AA broilers were divided to control group and three experimental groups at random.There were 2 repetitions in every group and 18 AA broilers in every repetition,the food and water were free.In 15-day-old,the experimental group was fed with Crude Pulsatilla Saponin solution for 3 days.To kill 6 broilers randomly in each group at the 25 th,29 th and 33 th day.Then,the required serum samples were centrifuged.The malondialdehyde(MDA)content,catalase(CAT)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity were measured.Results:The serum SOD activity of broilers in experimental group,compared with control group(P>0.05)was no significant difference.The CAT activity in the experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).At 29 and 33 days of age,the serum CAT activity of broilers in experimental group was no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).The serum MDA content of broilers in experimental group was no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).At 25 and 29 days of age,the activity of GSH-Px in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).At 33 days of age,the activity of GSH-Px in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Crude pulsatilla saponin can affect the anti-oxidant capacity of broilers.
