【Abstract】 To apply the concept and method of total quality management in government administration can overcome the problem of government’s slow response in public goods or services supply,and improve supply quality.Targeted poverty alleviation,in essence,is a systemic project implemented by government to provide the citizens in difficulty with basic living conditions,help them out and improve their living quality.Since government has gotten involved in targeted poverty alleviation,the concept and method of total quality management can be introduced into the work and improve its quality.更多还原
