【Abstract】 Since "the 18 th CPC National Congress",China promotes precision poverty alleviation vigorously.It’shigh time to get rid of poverty,and innovations on poverty alleviation models are necessarily important.The model of"Government-Customer-Industry-University-Institute"played an important role in technological innovations.InSeptember 2017,CCTV Agricultural Channel,Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.and China Agricultural University to-gether they established Guyuan STB(Science and Technology Backyard)in Guyuan County,Hebei Province,apply-ing the " Government-Customer-Industry-University-Institute " model to "Guyuan County Precision Poverty Allevi-ation",exploring the feasibility and constructive meaning of this model in precision poverty alleviation.更多还原
