【摘要】 当前,各级企业党校承担着重要的培养干部的责任。基于RDMIE模型的电网企业党建(思政)类培训资源库诞生于国网安徽省电力有限公司党校党建(思政)类课程建设实践过程中,在实施中取得了良好成效。该培训资源库的建构模式及其实施策略,为企业党校在新时代切实增强党建(思政)类培训资源建设的科学性、系统性和针对性提供了重要启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the present time,Party Schools of enterprises at all levels have important responsibilities for cadres training. The construction of training resources database for power grid enterprise’ Party-building work based on RDMIE model was born in practice,working successfully while being used.
