【摘要】 目的:研究血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)对脑小血管病患者执行功能的影响。方法:脑小血管病患者257例,其中男146例,根据Hcy水平对患者分组,所有患者均完成颅脑MRI及Hcy等检查,通过Stroop色词测验和词语流畅性评估患者的执行功能。对不同组间相关参数的比较采用方差分析或Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验,对Hcy与Stroop色词测验、词语流畅性结果进行多因素回归分析。结果:调整年龄、性别、教育年限、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高血压病史、糖尿病病史后,Hcy与执行功能关系OR (95%CI) P,StroopTest A,-0.3 (-0.4,-0.2)<0.001;StroopTest B,-0.4 (-0.5,-0.3)<0.001;StroopTest C,-0.3 (-0.5,-0.1) 0.007;词语流畅性(蔬菜),-0.1 (-0.2,-0.0) 0.003,高Hcy水平组StroopTest A、StroopTest B和词语流畅性的OR (95%CI) P为-1.8(-3.5,0.0) 0.048、-2.6(-4.5,-0.8)0.005和-1.3(-2.5,-0.2) 0.019。结论:Hcy与脑小血管病患者的执行功能有关,高水平Hcy明显患者执行功能受损的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels on the executive function in patients with cerebral small vascular disease(CSVD). Methods 257 cases of patients with CSVD, 146 were male; According to the Hcy levels,they were divided into three equal groups.All patients were completed skull MRI, Hcy and others.Through the Stroop colour word test(SCWT) and word fluency test assessment executive function.Statistical analysis used analysis of variance、Kruskal-Wallis test and multifactor regression analysis. Results After adjusted for age, sex, education, total cholesterol, triglycerides, history of hypertension and diabetes, multiple regression analysis showed that, the association of Hcy and executive function OR(95% CI) P, StroopTest A,-0.3(-0.4,-0.2) <0.001;and low levels of Hcy group as reference, high Hcy levels group StroopTest A was-1.8(-3.5,0.0) 0.048. Conclusion: In patients with CSVD, Homocysteine is associated with executive function, the EF damage risk were markedly increased in high Hcy levels than low levels.更多还原
