铸铁件砂型铸造浇注系统设计常见误区及分析和对策

【摘要】 分析了铸铁件砂型铸造浇注系统设计生产现场常见的误区,运用铸件成形理论和流体力学等基本理论进行分析,提出对策,达到提升质量的目的。

【Abstract】 The usual design mistakes in common gating system of cast iron casting during the production were analyzed. In order to improve the product quality, the author analyzed these mistakes by using of the theories of casting formation, fluid mechanics and the other basic theories and proposed the countermeasures.
