【摘要】 目的分析我院院内中药制剂生产和使用情况,为相关决策提供参考。方法通过医院信息系统和制剂室院内制剂配制记录,收集2013—2016年我院院内制剂的剂型、品种、产值、科室使用金额、委托加工等信息,进行分类、汇总和统计。结果近3年来,我院制剂室生产的品种基本稳定,院内中药制剂品种占87.67%,中药制剂的产值占比达90%以上。剂型品种数最多的是合剂,但产值只排第4。从院内中药制剂使用金额计算,门诊使用占94.76%,住院使用占5.24%。结论院内制剂生产能力和生产规模在逐步下降,虽然需要通过委托配制弥补自身的生产能力不足,但对中医医院来说仍不可或缺。医院中医特色专科和院内中药制剂品种相互依存。应尽快建立院内中药制剂的"新陈代谢"机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the production and use of hospital traditional Chinese medicine preparation, and provide references for the policy decision. Methods The information of the dosage form, product varieties, output value, department use amount, and delegated manufacture were collected and summed up from hospital information system and preparation records in preparation division. Results The total number of the productions was stable, and proportion of the number of hospital TCM Preparation was87.67%, and the output value of that was accounted to above 90 %. The largest number of dosage forms is mixture, but the output value is only fourth. From the hospital use aspect, outpatient use accounted for 94.76 %, hospital use accounted for 5.24%.Conclusion The production capacity and production scale of hospital preparations gradually declined, although the need to delegated preparation to make up for their lack of production capacity, but still indispensable to hospital of TCM. Specialty of TCM Hospital and preparation variety of hospital TCM preparation were interdependent. The new supersedes the old. Mechanism should be established as soon as possible in the hospital TCM preparation.更多还原
