铸造用磷酸盐粘结剂醇基悬浊液固化剂研究

【摘要】 通过不同的悬浮剂配方研究了悬浮剂对醇基悬浊液固化剂硬化时间、抗拉强度、稳定性的影响。研究表明,无机悬浮剂和有机悬浮剂对自硬砂硬化速度、抗拉强度和悬浊液稳定性的影响各不相同。使用复合悬浮剂的醇基悬浊液固化剂具有绿色环保、自硬砂硬化速度快和抗拉强度较高、悬浮性好的特点。

【Abstract】 The influence of suspension agent in alcohol based suspension curing agent on self-hardened hardening time,tensile strength and suspension stability was studied by different suspension agent formulation. The results show that the influence of the inorganic suspension agent and organic suspension agent in suspension curing agent on curing time, tensile strength, stability is different. The alcohol based suspension curing agent has the characteristics of green environmental protection, high hardening rate and high tensile strength of self-hardened sand, good suspension.
