不同覆盖剂对纯铜熔炼保护效果研究

【摘要】 以气-液传质理论为基础,采用高温电炉、定氧方法、化学分析、扫描电镜(SEM)等检验分析手段,研究无氧铜在无覆盖、固体氧化铝膜、硼砂-冰晶石、硼砂-炭黑保护条件下,金属铸样含氧第二相形貌、分布规律,氧化介质对铜液体系的传质规律。研究结果表明:无氧铜铸样晶内无第二相颗粒,无覆盖、氧化膜保护铸样中有大量的Cu+Cu2O共晶,硼砂+冰晶石保护铸样存在网状Cu+Cu2O共晶,硼砂+炭黑保护铸样由Cu、Cu+Cu2O共晶组成。氧化膜增厚、破裂和Na+传质是铜液吸氧的根本原因。

【Abstract】 Based on the gas-liquid mass transfer theory, the morphology and distribution law of the second phase with oxygen in oxygen-free copper samples was studied using high temperature furnace, oxygen method, chemical analysis,XRD, SEM and other test means under different protection conditions of coverage, solid alumina film, borax cryolite, borax black, and the mass transfer law of copper fluid system in oxidation medium was discussed. The results show that there are second phase particles in the crystal of oxygen-free copper sample, there are a large amount of Cu+Cu2O eutectic in no-cover protecting film samples, there is meshy Cu+Cu2O eutectic in borax and cryolite protection samples, and the borax and CB protection samples are composed of Cu and Cu+Cu2O eutectic. Thickening of oxide film, cracking and Na+ mass transfer are the basic reasons for copper liquid absorbing oxygen.
