【摘要】 目的通过对某石油公司在岗职工职业健康检查资料的分析,了解加油站作业人员的健康状况,及时发现职业禁忌症,为采取相应预防及管理措施提供依据。方法对某石油公司336名在岗职工体检资料进行统计分析。结果共体检336人,其中男143人,女193人,平均年龄(38.16±9.01)岁;异常检出224人,异常检出率66.67%。异常检出项:腹部超声28.57%,血常规20.83%,尿常规12.50%,主诉/神经系统10.42%,心电图8.93%,肝功能8.93%,血压5.06%,皮肤科2.08%,既往史1.19%,肾功能0.30%。异常检出率的性别和年龄差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性大于女性,随年龄增加,体检异常的风险增加。结论长期接触汽油对人体健康有很大的危害,定期进行职业健康检查,早期发现职业健康损害,对保护职业人群健康具有非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze occupational health examination results of on-the-job employees of a petroleum company,investigate health status of workers in gasoline stations and timely discover occupational contraindications so as to provide reference for taking preventive and administrative measures.Methods Physical examination data of 336on-the-job employees of a petroleum company were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 336 employees accepted physical examination,including143 males and 193 females.The average age was 38.16±9.01 years.Abnormalities were defected in224(66.67%)in the following items:abdominal ultrasonography,28.57%;blood routine,20.83%;urine routine,12.50%;chief complaints/nervous system,10.42%;ECG,8.93%;liver function,8.93%;blood pressure,5.06%;dermatology,2.08%;past history,1.19%;kidney function,0.30%.Age and sex differences of abnormality detection rates were statistically significant(P<0.05).Abnormalities were detected in more males than in females.The risk of abnormal examinations increased with age.Conclusion Long-term exposure to gasoline is extremely harmful to human health.Regular occupational health examination and early detection of the occupational health damage are of important significance for protecting occupational health.更多还原
