【摘要】 目的:观察四物汤联合增液汤加味治疗习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:2014年10月-2016年9月,采用四物汤联合增液汤加味治疗习惯性便秘患者97例。腹胀脘痞明显者加少量厚朴,伴有心烦口干、舌红少津者加知母、石斛以清热养阴;大便干结如球者合用五仁丸以润肠通便;血虚兼肾阴不足者,症见头晕耳鸣,腰膝酸软,五心烦热,舌红脉数,用四物汤合六味地黄汤加味,服用1个月为1个疗程,共治疗1~2个疗程。结果:86例患者获得随访,随访时间1~3个月,平均2个月。根据《中医内科病证诊断疗效标准》中便秘的疗效评定标准,治愈65例、显效12例、有效18例、无效2例,治愈率67.0%、总有效率97.9%。结论:习惯性便秘患者要养成良好的生活习惯特别是排便习惯,多饮水,合理饮食,适当多吃高渣食物,适当增加活动量。在此基础上,采用口服四物汤联合增液汤加味治疗习惯性便秘,临床疗效好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect the Siwu decoction combined with the Zengye decoction on habitual constipation.Methods:97 patients were treated with the Siwu decoction combined with the Zengye decoction from October 2014 to September 2016.The patients included 51 males and 46 females,and their age ranged from 24 to 78 years(Mean=41.7 years) and the disease course ranged from 1 to 7 months(Mean=3 months).The Siwu decoction plus the Zengye decoction was consisted of Chinese angelica(30 g),dried rehmannia root(12 g),ligusticum wallichii(6 g),radix scrophulariae(15 g),radix paeoniae alba(15 g),radix ophiopogonis(15 g),polygonum multiflorum(15 g) and immature bitter orange(10 g).A small amount of magnolia officinalis,rhizome plus dendrobium,dendrobe,Wuren pills and the Siwu decoction combined with the Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LWDHTJW) could be added into the prescription for patients with obvious abdominal distention,distracted dry throat and red tongue with scant liquid,dry and hard stool and blood-insufficiency and kidney-yin deficiency respectively.Add the whiet honey(15 g) before water serving for a total of 1 to 2 courses,each course was of 1 month.Results:7 patients were lost in the followed-up and 4 patients failed to finish the treatment courses.86 patients were followed up for 1 to 3 months(Mean=2 months).According to the therapeutic effects evaluation standard of constipation which was extracted from Standard for diagnosis and therapeutic effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of internal diseases,65 patients were cured,12 cases were significant effective,18 were effective and 2 cases were ineffective,the cured was 67.0% and the total efficiency was 97.9%.Conclusion:A better clinical curative effect could be obtained by the oral application of the Siwu decoction combined with the Zengye decoction for patients with habitual constipation,so it was worthy of popularizing in clinic.更多还原
