【摘要】 目的:分析生脉注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐注射液对冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:择取的冠心病CHF患者88例全部为我院心血管内科2015年1月-2016年11月间收治,将其随机分为两组各44例,对照组给予常规西医内科治疗,治疗组在其基础上给予生脉注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗,比较两组的临床症状、心功能及血清学指标的变化。结果:干预后,治疗组胸闷、气短、心悸等临床症状评分明显低于对照组,LVEF、CO、CI心功能指标明显高于对照组,血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐注射液可缓解冠心病CHF患者的临床症状,促进心功能及炎性反应的好转,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Shengmai injection plus salvianolate injection on chronic heart failure in coronary heart disease.Methods:88 patients were divided into 2 groups,44 cases for each.The control group was given the conventional western medicine;and the treatment group was given the Shengmai injection plus salvianolate injection more.Clinical symptoms,cardiac function and serum markers in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitations and other clinical symptoms score in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group;the heart function indexes of LVEF,CO and CI in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group;and the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shengmai injection plus salvianolate injection on chronic heart failure in coronary heart disease shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
