【摘要】 目的:观察经皮骨圆针撬拨复位内固定与切开复位钢板内固定两种手术方式结合中药内服、中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取40例跟骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。两组分别采取不同手术方式复位固定,术后行早期功能锻炼,配合中药内服、中药熏洗,共治疗6周。结果:观察组具有手术时间短,操作简便,创伤小,价格低廉,免除二次手术的痛苦和风险,对于合并有系统疾病或者老年患者全身影响小,非常有利于术后恢复。结论:SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型患者应首选闭合穿针内固定治疗,SandersⅣ型骨折患者则应优先考虑跟骨钢板内固定;同时在常规手术和功能锻炼的基础上配合中药内服、中药熏洗能明显减轻术后疼痛,加快功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical effects of two kinds of surgical methods combined with the TCM therapy on calcaneal fractures.Methods:40 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(n=23).Two groups were treated with different surgical methods to reset and fix,postoperative early functional exercise,with TCM oral medicine and TCM medicine fumigation.The treatment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:The observation group had the advantages of short operation time,simple operation,small trauma,low price,eliminating the pain and risk of secondary operation,was very beneficial to the postoperative recovery for the systemic disease or the systemic effect of the elderly patients.Conclusion:For Sanders type Ⅱ and type HI patients,the needle fixation treatment should be preferred to choose;and for Sanders IV type fracture,internal fixation of the calcaneal plate should be given firstly;at the same time,on the basis of conventional surgery and functional exercise,TCM oral medicine plus TCM medicine fumigation can significantly reduce postoperative pain,and speed up functional recovery.更多还原
