【摘要】 目的:评价中药联合玻璃体切割术治疗难治性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:我院2014年3月-2016年3月应用玻璃体切割术治疗难治性黄斑水肿患者60例60只眼,随机分为中药联合玻璃体切割术治疗组和单纯玻璃体切割术对照组,术后随访6个月,比较两组患者视力改善和黄斑水肿消退情况。结果:两组患者治疗后视力及黄斑水肿均明显改善,治疗前后差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。并且中药联合玻璃体切割术治疗组视力改善及黄斑水肿消退情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中药联合玻璃体切割术是目前治疗黄斑水肿比较有效的方法,配合中药将使该治疗效果显著性提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate TCM medicine plus vitrectomy for refractory macular edema. Methods: A total of 60 eyes of 60 patients with diabetic macular edema who received vitrectomy were randomly divided into the treatment group(TCM medicine combined with vitrectomy group) and the control group(vitrectomy group), both groups were followed up for 6 months after operation, improvement of visual acuity and macular edema of two groups were compared. Results: Improvement of visual acuity and macular edema of both groups were significant after treatment, the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05). The improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: TCM medicine combined with vitrectomy was an effective method for macular edema.更多还原
