【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾化瘀法治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。方法:选取84例血管性痴呆患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组予尼莫地平片和吡拉西坦片联合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服补肾化瘀方治疗。结果:两组治疗前MMSE比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后MMSE比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组总有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化瘀法治疗血管性痴呆效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate efficacy of the Bushen Huayu therapy on vascular dementia. Methods: 84 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nimodipine tablets and piracetam tablets. The observation group was treated with the Bushen Huayu decoction more. Results: The MMSE and total efficiency in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Bushen Huayu therapy was effective on vascular dementia.更多还原
