【摘要】 从海洋产业开发潜力的内涵出发建立评价指标体系,构建模型评价我国沿海地区海洋产业开发潜力,并分析影响其变化的深层原因。结果表明:(1)我国海洋产业开发潜力总体呈上升趋势,并在区域分布上表现为环渤海地区显著上升,长三角地区略有下降,泛珠三角地区稳步上升的空间分异栺局;(2)海洋科技进步是影响我国海洋产业开发潜力最主要的因素,此外,海洋产业结构优化、海域集约利用率提升、海洋污染治理力度加强、海洋生态环境保护投入增多等因素也对海洋产业开发潜力的提高均具有积极的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the connotation of marine industry developing potent ial,this paper constructed an evaluation system of marine industry developing potential. And then,made an evaluation for marine industry developing potential of coastal area by building model. At last,this paper analyze the causes of potential variety. The results are shown as follows:(1) On the whole,the marine industry developing potential of China is rising,and on the regional distribution characterized by a marked increase in the circum-Bohai area. Yangtze River Delta region fell slightly,and Pan-Pearl River Delta region has risen steadily.(2) The main factor of our country’s marine industry development potential is the progress of marine science and technology. In addition,the optimization of marine industrial structure,the ascension of marine intensive utilization,the more efforts on marine pollution control,and the investment of marine ecological environmental protection are also positive roles in promoting marine industry development potential.更多还原
