【摘要】 目的:评价缺血性脑卒中患者接受早期规范化康复治疗的临床疗效。方法:将本院2015年10月-2016年12月期间收治的102例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组患者实施神经内科常规治疗,试验组患者实施早期规范化康复治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前的神经功能缺损程度、运动功能比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑卒中患者实施早期规范化康复治疗,能够进一步改善患者预后,促进患者早日回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of early normalized rehabilitation in patients with ischemic stroke.Method:From October 2015 to December 2016,102 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was given neurology routine treatment, experimental group was given implement standardization early rehabilitation treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,the nerve function defect degree and sports features of two groups were no obvious difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score in experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Fugl-Meyer scored higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early normalization rehabilitation treatment of ischemic stroke patients can further improve the patients’ prognosis and promote the early return to society.更多还原
