【摘要】 [目的]探讨莫沙必利联合金双歧治疗功能性消化不良患儿临床疗效及应用价值。[方法]将我院治疗的功能性消化不良患儿128例采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,观察组采取莫沙必利联合金双歧治疗,记录2组临床疗效。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率为95.31%,对照组治疗总有效率为82.81%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃纳食减少消失时间(2.18±1.05)d,腹痛消失时间(2.59±1.14)d,恶心呕吐消失时间(2.37±1.03)d;对照组胃纳食减少消失时间(3.87±1.86)d,腹痛消失时间(4.28±2.06)d,恶心呕吐消失时间(3.97±1.75)d,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血浆胃动素(212.67±25.51)pg/ml,胃泌素(109.84±18.72)pg/ml;对照组治疗后血浆胃动素(173.54±16.49)pg/ml,胃泌素(85.19±13.48)pg/ml,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]莫沙必利联合金双歧治疗功能性消化不良患儿能够显著提升治疗效果,缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,改善患儿体内胃肠激素浓度,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the clinical effects and application value of Mosapride combined with Bifidobacterium in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.[Methods]128cases of children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given domperidone treatment,while the observation group was treated with Mosapride combined with Bifidobacterium.The clinical efficacy was compared.[Results]The total effectiveness of treatment group was 95.31%,and it was 82.81%in control group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Time for poor appetite to disappear in treatment group was(2.18±1.05)d,for abdominal pain to disappear was(2.59±1.14)d,and for nausea and vomiting to disappear was(2.37±1.03)d.The corresponding time in control group was respectively(3.87±1.86)d,(4.28±2.06)d,and(3.97±1.75)d.Differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Plasma motilin levels in observation group after treatment were(212.67±25.51)pg/ml,and Gastric secrete element was(109.84±18.72)pg/ml.Plasma motilin levels in control group after treatment were(173.54±16.49)pg/ml,and Gastric secrete element was(85.19±13.48)pg/ml.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The Mosapride combined with Bifidobacterium treatment can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment in the children with functional dyspepsia,shorten the time of positive clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormone concentration in the body,which is worth popularization and application in clinical practice.更多还原
