【摘要】 目的探讨改良小型号吸痰管持续浅层低压吸痰在人工气道患者体位排痰中的应用效果。方法 96例建立人工气道患者随机分为对照组与实验组,各48例。对照组患者体位引流拍背后常规吸痰,实验组患者体位引流后边拍背时边应用改良小型号吸痰管持续浅层低压吸痰。观察2组患者吸痰前和吸痰后10 min心率、呼吸、血压及血氧饱和度变化,以及吸痰时患者状态、吸出痰液颜色、吸痰后肺部听诊情况,3 d后复查胸片。结果排痰前10 min 2组心率、呼吸、血压及血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组呼吸、心率、血压均较对照组平稳,血氧饱和度较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对气道损伤、肺部感染等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工气道患者体位排痰时边拍背边应用改良小型号吸痰管持续浅层低压吸痰法安全舒适,与常规吸痰方法比较,患者吸痰不良反应及并发症发生率更低,排痰效果更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of continuous suction of small suction tube in the treatment of sputum aspiration in patients with artificial airway. Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group( n = 48). The patients in the control group were treated with routine suction method,and patients in the experimental group were treated with suction and sputum suction. The heart rate,respiration,blood pressure and oxygen saturation were measured at 10 min before and after sputum. Suction state of sputum,aspiration of pulmonary auscultation and outcomes of chest X-ray were observed 3 days after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in heart rate,respiration rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation between the twogroups( P > 0. 05). In the observation group,the effect of suctioning,the status of suctioning,the airway injury and the blood pressure were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Incidence of pulmonary infection and other adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion It is safe and effective to use continuous suction of small suction tube in the treatment of sputum aspiration in patients with artificial airway. Compared with the conventional suction method suction,application of continuous suction of small suction tube can reduce the incidece of adverse reactions and complications and improve the effect of sputum expectoration.更多还原
