【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术患者生活质量的影响。方法 200例经尿道前列腺电切术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者予以护理干预。比较两组患者护理效果、术后生活质量评分、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,勃起功能国际问卷评分明显高于对照组,国际前列腺症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2%,低于对照组的9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97%,高于对照组的86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可显著提高经尿道前列腺电切术患者的术后生活质量,并发症少且安全性高,易为患者所接受,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received nursing intervention. Comparison were made on nursing effect, postoperative quality of life score, occurrence of complications, and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously shorter bladder irrigation time, catheter retention time, postoperative hospital stay time than the control group, and lower international index of erectile function score than the control group, and obviously lower international prostate symptom score than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had higher postoperative quality of life scores than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 2% than 9% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as 97% than 86% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life in patients with transurethral resection of the prostate with less complications and high safety, and it is easily accepted by patients. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.更多还原
