【摘要】 目的探讨牙体牙髓病采用奥硝唑合剂治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 80例牙体牙髓病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组患者采用奥硝唑合剂治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,对两组治疗效果及安全性展开比较。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛评分为(4.2±1.2)分,低于对照组的(5.9±1.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙龈肿胀1例,牙齿疼痛2例,不良反应发生率为7.5%;对照组牙龈肿胀3例,咬合不适4例,牙齿疼痛3例,不良反应发生率为25.0%;两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床门诊的牙体牙髓病患者应用奥硝唑合剂治疗,可显著提高临床效果,且具较高安全性,有非常重要的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety by ornidazole mixture in the treatment of endodontic disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with endodontic disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received ornidazole mixture for treatment, and the control group received conventional therapy. Comparison was made on curative effects and safety between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher clinical total effective rate as 92.5% than 70.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had lower pain score as(4.2±1.2) points than(5.9±1.7) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). There were 1 case with gingival tumefaction and 2 cases with tooth pain in the observation group, with incidence of adverse reactions as 7.5%. There were 3 cases with gingival tumefaction, 4 cases with discomfort occlusion and 3 cases with tooth pain in the control group, with incidence of adverse reactions as 25.0%. The difference of incidence of adverse reactions had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of ornidazole mixture in outpatients with treating endodontic disease can remarkably improve clinical effect, along with high safety.
