【摘要】 本文报道2015年12月1例长时间曲肘使用电脑鼠标所致右侧肱动脉血栓形成,行右上肢动脉造影示右侧锁骨下动脉、腋动脉正常,肱动脉下段100%闭塞。送入溶栓导管给予尿激酶溶栓,共溶栓72 h,患者右侧肱动脉可触及,尺动脉及桡动脉搏动恢复,右前臂颜色及皮温恢复正常。右上肢动脉造影:肱动脉通畅,可见尺动脉和桡动脉显影,远端动脉显影良好。6个月后右上肢动脉彩超示肱动脉通畅,管壁光滑。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported a right brachial artery thrombosis patient due to long time elbow flexion for using computer mouse in December 2015. The right upper limb artery angiography showed normal right clavicle artery and axillary artery but 100%occlusion of the brachial artery. A catheter was directed into for thrombolysis with urokinase for a total of 72 hours. Then the right brachial artery was palpable,and the pulse of ulnar artery and radial artery restored,with right forearm color and temperature returning to normal. Right upper limb artery angiography showed brachial artery patency,visible ulnar artery and radial artery,and good condition of the distal artery. After 1 month’s follow-up,the right upper limb artery was smooth,and the tube wall was smooth.更多还原
