【摘要】 了解山东省基层医疗机构医务人员在基本药物制度实施背景下用药行为改变状况及其影响因素,为改善现行药物政策、推进基本药物在基层的合理使用提供数据和支撑。研究结果表明,基本药物制度实施后,山东省基层医疗机构医务人员用药行为改变发生率和基本药物使用增长明显,在基本药物培训、配备和绩效考核等方面有待改进,以促进基层医务人员用药行为改善与合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract In order to improve the current drug policy and to promote the usage of essential drugs at primary level,this study provided relevant data and references by understanding the status of drug use behavior and its influencing factors in the medical staff of primary health care institutions in Shandong province. In the implementation of essential medicines policies,the incidence of medication behavior promotion and the increase on usage of essential drugs among medical practitioners of primary health care institutions were high. To improve the medication behavior of primary medical practitioners,we need to promote medication training,essential drugs equipment and performance appraisal.更多还原
