【摘要】 目的:了解农村居民选择基层医院就诊的影响因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,利用自制问卷调查2448名农村居民,采用多因素logistic回归模型进行数据分析。结果:农村居民两周患病率为25.4%;经济发展水平越高、距离基层医院越近、对基层医院的医生与药物越满意的农村居民患病时越倾向选择基层医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归结果显示影响农村居民选择基层医院就诊的因素有地区经济发展水平、农村居民对长时间候诊的厌烦程度、对"钱没了人也没了"的担心程度、看病找专家与大病去医院小病去药店的偏好程度、距离基层医院的远近以及对基层医院医生与药物的满意程度。结论:农村居民就医信念、基层医院的医生专业技术与药物供应能力是当前应关注的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To acquire the influencing factors of choice of primary hospital among rural residents.Methods Using stratified random sampling method,2499 rural residents were investigated with a questionnaire.Data were analyzed with were analyzed by logistic regression.Results The two-week prevalence rate was 25.4%.The higher the level of economic development,the more close to the basic level hospitals,the more satisfied with the doctors and the drug in the primary hospital,the more they tend to choose the hospital at the primary level,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05.The influencing factors were regional economic development tired of waiting long,worried about money spent and people died,et al.Conclusion Rural residents’ belief in medical treatment,doctors’ professional technology and drug supply ability in primary hospital should be focused.更多还原
