【摘要】 随着我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,医用耗材在医疗活动中的使用量越来越大,同时也给医院带来了一系列耗材管理问题。文章从安徽省立医院医用耗材物流管理的实际经验出发,结合物流供应链管理思想,针对医用耗材在当前医院物流的供应、库存和推送环节存在的问题,提出相应的优化策略,以期达到提高医用耗材管理效率、减少医用耗材浪费进而合理控制医院成本的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of health services,the consumption of medical consumables in the medical activities increased growingly in these years.However,there also appeared several management problems of medical consumables.Therefore,according to the actual logistics management experience of Anhui Provincial Hospital,combined with the management ideas of logistics and supply chain,we put forward strategies for the procedure of procurement,processing and distribution respectively,so as to improve the consumables management efficiency,reduce the consumables waste and finally properly control the hospital costs.更多还原
