【Abstract】 In recent years, along with enrollment expansion of colleges in China, the employment pressure for graduates has become a social problem since the number of graduates increased largely in a short time. In addition to choosing a major related position according to professional fields, an alternative cross-specialty job-hunting has already been popular in everywhere. In this paper, an investigation from the individual aspect of college students was carried out to analyze the causes of the cross-specialty career hunting for college students, and to deduce the influencing factors for such phenomenon, which will provide valuable suggestions and useful instruction or regulations.更多还原
