【Abstract】 Self-management of college students is an important part of college students’ work.Strengthening students’ self-management work is an indispensable part of improving students’ quality.Compared with undergraduates from "211" and "985" universities,college undergraduates have different characteristics.Their enrollment scores are lower,the adaptability of all aspects are generally poor,and their self-management habits and abilities need to be improved.This paper analyzes the current situation of self-management of undergraduates in local colleges and universities,and takes Fuyang Teachers College as an example to analyze the effective working mechanism of college students’ self-management.更多还原
