【摘要】 以调研问卷数据为数据源,剖析了上海农业创新网络结构与演进机理,验证了网络结构、空间结构、区域创新环境及其交互作用对创新的作用机制。实证结果表明:(1)从网络结构看,基于与高校、科研院所等知识伙伴的创新互动合作对上海农业创新网络绩效的提升作用更加明显。(2)从网络空间尺度看,多空间尺度合作网络的构建是企业创新能力提升的一个重要指标。(3)从创新环境需求看,区域创新环境一般通过影响知识伙伴及本地合作的方式间接表征企业创新能力的高低,分别正向或反向来调节与知识合作、本地合作对企业创新能力的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper took Shanghai agriculture as the empirical case and focused on which factors influenced the construction and evolution mechanism of agricultural innovation network in Shanghai. By means of 73 questionnaires,this paper got the following three conclusions:(1)University and research institute displayed a dominant way on the construction of innovation network,which resulted in the knowledge partner was more important than industry one.(2)From the side of spatial scale,regional cooperation happened more frequent than local cooperation,but this phenomenon only was obvious to the higher innovation firms,and the multi-scale cooperation in some way was a sign to the innovation performance.(3)With the respect to innovation environment,the government normally supported the cooperation among the knowledge partners and local actors,and hence indirectly represented the innovation ability. Finally,the research raised some corresponding policy suggestions to optimize and enhance the innovation of Shanghai agriculture industry,which respectively were cultivating the shared mechanism of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture,expanding the scope of the agricultural innovation cooperation while encouraged the regional innovation cooperation,established the institution system to meet the need of agricultural industry.更多还原
