丸粒化处理对党参种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究丸粒化对党参种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。方法:测定丸粒化和普通党参种子的发芽势、发芽率,幼苗根长、芽长及生理指标,苗栽的围径、根长及单株质量。结果:相比普通种子,丸粒化党参种子萌发时滞滞后,发芽势、发芽率降低,但其发芽持续期长,幼苗长势健壮,幼苗中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及丙二醛含量较高,苗栽质量较好。结论:丸粒化使党参种子体积增大,易于机械化精量播种,增强了党参幼苗的抗逆性,达到齐苗壮苗的目的,具有一定的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of pelleted seed germination and seedling growth. Methods: Seed germination and seedling growth of pelleted and ordinary Codonopsis pilosula were studied by the determination of seed germination potential,germination rate, seedling root length, shoot length and physiological indexes, the seedlings planted around diameter, root length and plant weight. Results: Compared with ordinary seed, pelleted Codonopsis pilosula seed germination time lag, the germination potential and germination rate was decreased, but the germination and long duration, robust growth of seedlings, seedling of soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde content was increased, and seedling planting quality was better. Conclusion: Pelleting technology could increase Codonopsis pilosula seed volume, enhance the resistance of seedlings with easy mechanization sowing,which has certain value of popularization and application.
