日粮纤维源对鹅盲肠细菌结构的影响

【摘要】 采用Miseq高通量测序方法分别对饲喂玉米秸秆和苜蓿为纤维源日粮的鹅盲肠黏膜细菌进行检测,并分析各样品中菌种类别、菌落组成和物种差异。结果显示:玉米纤维组(J组)检测出的细菌属于20门类的225个属,苜蓿组(M组)检测出的细菌属于17门类的199个属;J组和M组细菌多样性无显著性差异(P>0.05);M组Verrucomicrobia菌门和Desulfovibrio、Akkermansia菌属相对丰度显著高于J组(P<0.05),M组Clostridium、cc115、Campylobacter菌属相对丰度显著低于J组(P<0.05)。结果表明:玉米秸秆和苜蓿纤维源对鹅盲肠细菌多样性无显著性影响,但可影响Verrucomicrobia菌门和Desulfovibrio、Akkermansia、Clostridium、cc115、Campylobacter菌属的相对丰度。

【Abstract】 This study was conducted to analyse the bacteria diversity in the cecum of goose which were fed alfalfa(M group)or corn stover(J group)as the crude fiber sources.The microorganism of samples were detected by Miseq high-through put sequencing method.And the category of strain,community composition,species difference were analyzed.The results showed the bacteria in the cecum of goose fed with corn stover belong to 20 phylums,225 genera,the bacteria in the cecum of goose fed with diets containing alfalfa belong to 17 phylums,199 genera.The bacteria diversity of each group was similar to each other(P>0.05).The abundance of Verrucomicrobia,Desulfovibrio,Akkermansia of M group significantly increased when compared with J group(P <0.05);the abundance of Clostridium,cc115,Campylobacter of J group significantly increased when compared with M group(P <0.05).The results showed that the bacteria diversity of cecum of goose fed alfalfa or corn stover as fiber source has no significantly difference,but the abundance of Verrucomicrobia,Desulfovibrio,Akkermansia,Clostridium,cc115 and Campylobacter presented a significantly difference.
