【摘要】 目的探讨中医特色护理对活动期类风湿关节炎患者关节炎症评分的影响。方法 120例活动期类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医特色护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组护理后关节疼痛程度评分、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的78.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,且住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理对活动期类风湿关节炎患者关节炎症有明显改善作用,能够促进治疗效果的提高,缩短患者恢复时间,具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on joint inflammatory score in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.Nursing effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had better joint pain score,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index,morning stiffness time after nursing than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher total nursing effective rate as 93.33%than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group,and obviously shorter hospitalization time than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can improve the joint inflammation of the active rheumatoid arthritis patients.It can promote the treatment effect and shorten the recovery time of the patients.It has positive clinical significance.更多还原
