【摘要】 目的研究不同剂量盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年人肺炎的临床效果。方法 70例老年人肺炎患者,依据挂号尾数分为参照组和探究组,各35例。两组均采取常规治疗,同时,探究组采取90 mg盐酸氨溴索治疗,参照组采取30 mg盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察与比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果探究组临床总有效率为91.43%,明显高于参照组的68.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组肺部体征、咳嗽、气喘消失时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及痰液肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,探究组血清CRP及痰液TNF-α、IL-8水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年人肺炎患者进行盐酸氨溴索剂量增加的辅助治疗,效果明显,能显著对临床特征加以改善,从而缩短治疗时间,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 senile pneumonia patients were divided by registered mantissa into control group and research group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional therapy.The research group was also treated with 90 mg ambroxol hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride.Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed and compared.Results The research group had obviously higher clinical total effective rate as 91.43% than 68.57% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The research group had shorter lung signs,coughs,asthma disappearance time than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in serum C-reactive protein(CRP),sputum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)(P>0.05).After treatment,the research group had obviously lower CRP,sputum TNF-α and IL-8 level than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For senile pneumonia patients,increased ambroxol hydrochloride dose treatment shows obvious effect,and it can significantly improve the clinical characteristics,thereby shortening the treatment time.So it contains promotional value.更多还原
