【摘要】 目的回顾性探究胃癌患者通过腹腔镜与开放远端胃癌根治术治疗的近期效果。方法 80例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据手术方法的不同分为观察组及对照组,各40例。观察组通过腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术治疗,对照组通过开放远端胃癌根治术治疗。对比两组切口长度、术中出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组切口长度(6.32±1.82)cm短于对照组的(16.24±3.35)cm,观察组术中出血量(110.5±24.1)ml少于对照组的(288.4±26.7)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(t=16.456、31.282,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.5%低于对照组的25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.501,P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者通过腹腔镜与开放远端胃癌根治术治疗后取得的近期成效均较显著,但腹腔镜技术,在缩短切口长度、减少术中出血量的同时,使不良反应发生率明显降低,应大力推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively study the recent effect of laparoscope and open radical resection for distal gastric cancer. Methods A total of 80 gastric cancer patients as study subjects were divided by different operation methods into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received laparoscope radical resection for distal gastric cancer for treatment, and the control group received open radical resection for distal gastric cancer for treatment. Comparison were made on incision length, intraoperative bleeding volume and adverse reactions occurrence in two groups. Results The observation group had shorter incision length as(6.32±1.82) cm than(16.24±3.35) cm in the control group, and less intraoperative bleeding volume as(110.5±24.1) ml than(288.4±26.7) ml in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance(t=16.456, 31.282, P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 7.5% than 25.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(χ~2=4.501, P<0.05). Conclusion Both laparoscope and open radical resection for distal gastric cancer show significant recent effect for gastric cancer patients, but laparoscopy can shorten length of incision, reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume, as well as significantly decrease incidence of adverse reactions. So it should be vigorously promoted and applied.更多还原
