【摘要】 目的探讨预见性护理在老年切口疝患者腹腔镜下术后并发症的应用效果。方法选择2011年3月至2015年3月,鄂东医疗集团市中医医院(市传染病医院)40例老年切口疝行腹腔镜下修补术的患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在给予常规护理的基础上加入预见性护理,比较2组患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果实验组患者与对照组比较,住院时间较短,住院费用较低,满意度较高,2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加入预见性护理可以显著减少老年切口疝患者腹腔镜下修补术的各类术后并发症,提高护理质量和患者满意度,减少住院时间及降低住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications following laparoscopic incisional hernia surgery in elderly patients. Methods 40 elderly incisional hernia patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Edong Healthcare City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine( linfectious Dsease Hospital) from March 2011 to March 2015 were divided into two group randomly. The experimental group was treated with routine nursing plus predictive nursing while the control group with only routine nursing,and the postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,patients in experimental group experienced shorter length of hospital stay, lower hospitalization expenses, and higher satisfaction rates. In addition, patients in experimental group had lower complication rates than patients in the control group. All these differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Additional predictive nursing can significantly reduce the postoperative complications in elderly patients after laparoscopic incisional hernia surgery,improve patients’ satisfaction. It indicates that predictive nursing is promising in clinical nursing.更多还原
