蓝光对灵芝菌丝体多糖积累和糖代谢相关酶的影响
Effects of Blue Light on Polysaccharides Accumulation and Glycometabolism-related Enzymes of Ganoderma lucidum Mycelium
【摘要】 旨在研究蓝光对灵芝菌丝生长速度、生物量、多糖及4种糖代谢相关酶的影响。以暗培养为对照,测定了蓝光处理的灵芝菌丝体的生长速度及生物量,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定了2种处理的灵芝多糖含量,同时测定了灵芝4种糖代谢相关酶的酶活性。研究发现,蓝光处理菌丝体的生长速度、多糖含量、己糖激酶(HK)活性、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)活性、磷酸葡萄糖异构酶(PGI)活性和α-磷酸葡萄糖变位酶(α-PGM)活性均高于黑暗对照,均是先升后降的变化趋势,蓝光处理菌丝体生物量积累高于黑暗对照。结果表明,蓝光可以促进灵芝菌丝体的生长,促进多糖的积累和相关酶的活性。
【Abstract】 This study is aimed at finding the effects of blue light on the growth rate, biomass, polysaccharides and four kinds of glycometabolism-related enzymes of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium. With dark culture as control, the growth rate and biomass of G.lucidum mycelia irradiated with the blue light were determined. The contents of polysaccharides were determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method and the activities of the fourkinds of glycometabolism-related enzymes were measured. Results showed that the growth rate, the contents ofthe ploysaccharides, the activities of hexokinase(HK), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH), α-phosphoglucomutase(α-PGM) and phosphoglucose(PGI) of G.lucidum mycelia irradiated with the blue light were significantly higher than those of dark culture, they both increased first and then decreased. The biomass accumulation irradiated with the blue light was higher than that of dark culture. In conclusion, the blue lightcould promote the growth rate, the accumulation of polysaccharides, the activities of glycometabolism-related enzymes of G.lucidum mycelia.
