绢毛匍匐委陵菜染色体加倍及其应用价值研究

【摘要】 旨在获得具有更高观赏价值和抗逆性强的绢毛匍匐委陵菜变异植株。本研究运用秋水仙素对正常绢毛匍匐委陵菜幼苗诱导加倍。加倍成功后,对第1、2代多倍体植株染色体数目鉴定并与二倍体正常植株比较,进行对照植株、1代多倍体和2代多倍体委陵菜在植株形态、气孔大小、花径大小、叶绿素含量、SOD酶、POD酶、CAT酶的性状变异分析。最后选育出可以稳定遗传的优良性状有叶片大、花径大且花色鲜艳、叶绿素含量高、SOD酶活性高、POD酶活性高、CAT酶活性高。经过秋水仙素处理得到了观赏性高和抗逆性强的四倍体委陵菜植株,可以作为一种优良地被植物应用到园林绿化工程中。

【Abstract】 To obtain mutant plants of Potentilla reptans L.var.sericophylla with higher ornamental value and strong resistance,the normal seeding of Potentilla reptans L.var.sericophylla was used to induce double with colchicine.After that,the 1st and 2nd generations of tetraploid plant chromosome numbers were identified and compared with that of diploid normal plant.The character variations of plant morphology,pore size,diameter of corolla,chlorophyll content,SOD,POD,CAT in the control plant,the 1st and 2nd generations of tetraploid plants,were analyzed.Finally,these characters were stably inherited,they were large leaves,large corolla diameter,bright color,high chlorophyll content,high SOD activity,high POD activity and high CAT activity.The high ornamental and strong resistance of Potentilla reptans L.var.sericophylla was obtained after colchicine treatment,which could be used as a good groundcover plants applied in garden greening project.
