用数值方法求解离心泵运行工况点
Calculating Operating Point of Centrifugal Pumps by Using Numerical Method
【摘要】 正确确定水泵工况点是水泵优化选型、泵站优化设计以及泵站安全经济运行的必要条件。用离散点描述离心泵流量与扬程性能曲线,非离散点的水泵性能参数采用三次样条插值获得。根据水力学原理建立了求解离心泵单泵运行、并联运行和串联运行工况点方程组,给出了采用数值方法的二分法的计算步骤。提出了求解离心泵运行工况点的一种新方法。以某供水工程取水泵站为例,利用MATLAB编程求解,得到正常工作时4口井12台同型号潜水泵并联运行的工况点。算例表明提出的离心泵运行工况点数值计算方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 Correct determination of operating points of centrifugal pumps is a prerequisite for optimizations of pump type selection,pumping station design and its safe and economic operation. Specifically,the head-discrete performance curve of centrifugal pump was described by discrete points while the parameters belonging to non-discrete points were obtained by cubic spline interpolation. Then,according to the hydraulics principles,equations calculating operating points of single,parallel and series centrifugal pumps were established,with detailed procedures of dichotomy numerical calculation. A new way to calculate operating points of centrifugal pumps is proposed in this study. Finally,the established equations,programming with MATLAB,were applied in a water intake pumping station to get the operating points from any one of twelve identical parallel pumps distributing in four wells. The results indicate that the proposed numerical method is feasible to calculate the operating points of centrifugal pumps.
