沸石-铅交互作用对水稻生长发育及铅富集特性的影响
The Effect of Zeolite-lead Interaction on Rice Growth and the Enrichment of Lead
【摘要】 采用微区试验,在土中施用了不同添加量的沸石(0、2 500、5 000 kg/hm~2),进行水稻种植,在生长期间用不同浓度(0、0.25、0.20、0.15 mg/L)的含铅水进行灌溉,分析沸石与铅复合作用对水稻产量、铅在水稻植株中富集、水稻生长性状等的影响。结果表明,沸石添加量为2 500 kg/hm~2时,清水灌溉产量提高5.9%,铅水灌溉抑制了水稻的产量,各处理产量降低了7.1%~17.6%。5 000 kg/hm~2时,沸石与铅交互作用,水稻产量提高了8.50%~16.84%,0.2 mg/L铅水浓度下水稻增产最多。当沸石施用量为2 500 kg/hm~2时,与同浓度未添加沸石的处理相比,土壤中铅浓度提高14.69%~15.82%,根中提高3.36%~37.82%,茎、叶、米分别降低28.43%~60.59%、2.12%~27.59%、28.81%~43.49%。施用量为5 000 kg/hm~2时,土壤中铅浓度提高6.04%~8.57%,根提高5.81%~44.71%,茎、叶、米分别降低31.91%~66.03%、11.69%~44.83%、40.11%~49.32%。沸石对水稻株高、分蘖、地上物质重、地下物质重的促进作用主要在生长初期,沸石与铅交互作用,沸石对其促进作用大于铅离子的抑制作用,且对地上物质重的作用大于对地下物质重。针对铅污水灌溉或铅污染土壤种植水稻,在土壤中添加沸石,可以减少金属铅离子向米中运移,在水稻生殖生长期避免用铅污水灌溉。
【Abstract】 Micro zone experiment is employed to use different additive amount of zeolites( 0,2 500,5 000 kg/hm~2) enter the rice planting in the soil. During the growth period,different concentrations( 0,0.25,0.20,0.15 mg/L) of lead containing water are used to irrigate. The effects of zeolite and lead compound on rice yield,lead in rice plant enrichment and rice growth traits,etc. are analyzed. The results show that when the experiment application amount is 2 500 kg/hm~2,branch water irrigation yield increases by 5.9%and lead water irrigation inhibits the rice yield,the yield of all treatments reduces by 7.1% to17. 6%. When the application is 5 000 kg/hm~2,with zeolite and lead interacting,rice yield improves by 8.50% to 16.84%. 0.20 mg/L pb concentration of lead water rice yield up to when the zeolite is applied to 2 500 kg/hm~2,the concentration of lead in soil increases by 14.69% to15.82%,compared with that of the same density without zeolite,the root increases by3.36%to 37.82%,stem,leave,rice respectively reduces by 28.43% to 60.59%,2.12% to 27.59%,28.81% to 43.39%,when zeolite is applied to 5 000 kg/hm~2,the concentration of lead in soil increases by 6.04% to 8.57% the root increases by 5.81% to 44.71%,stem leave rice,respectively reduces by31.91% to 66.03%,11.69% to 44.83%,40.11% to 49.32%. Interactions of zeolite and lead on promoting effect of rice plant height,tillering,shoot part dry weight,and underground part dry weight is mainly in the early growth,the promoting effect of zeolite on the plant height,tiller,weight of the ground material and the weight of the underground material is larger than its inhibitory effect of lead ions,and the effect of the weight of ground material is greater than the underground. Based on growing rice for lead polluted soil or irrigating it for lead polluted water,adding zeolite to soil can reduce the migration of metal lead ion into rice,and avoid the use of lead polluted water to irrigate during the rice growth period.
