废旧轮胎胶粉对水泥砂浆性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了废胎胶粉掺量对水泥砂浆强度、干缩率的影响以及细度对水泥砂浆强度的影响。研究结果表明:在等掺量下,胶粉颗粒越粗,水泥砂浆的抗折、抗压强度越低;橡胶粉水泥砂浆28 d强度、干缩率总体上随着胶粉掺量的增加而减小,当胶粉掺量≤5%时,能够体现出橡胶粉水泥砂浆较好的的延性和韧性特点,同时应用SEM分析了不同胶粉掺量下水泥砂浆的微观结构,并证实了此结论。

【Abstract】 This thesis researches on the influence of scrap tire rubber powder content on the strength and shrinkage of cement mortar,and its fineness on the strength of cement mortar. The result shows that,mixed with the same amount of powder,the coarser the powder particles,the lower the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement mortar; and the 28 d strength and shrinkage rate of rubber mortar generally decrease with the increase of rubber powder amount. When the amount of rubber powder is no more than 5%,the ductility and toughness of cement mortar can be reflected. SEM is used to analyze the microstructure of cement mortar with different powder amounts,which confirms the conclusion.
