【摘要】 目的:评价鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择15例行鼻窦球囊扩张术的儿童慢性上颌窦炎患者,对术前、术后3个月、术后12个月分别行视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及Lund-Kennedy(L-K)评分,分析患者的手术疗效。结果:15例患者症状均明显改善,鼻内镜检查15例患者18个窦口开放良好,患者术后3个月、12个月的VAS评分及L-K评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05),但术后3个月及12个月评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。全部患者无并发症发生。结论:鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎微创、有效、安全且疗效稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical effects and safety ofballoon sinuplasty in management of pediatric chronic maxillary sinusitis.Methods:15 children with chronic maxillary sinusitis were selected and treated with balloon sinuplasty.They were evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS) and Lund-Kennedy(L-K) before and 3 and 12 months after the treatment.Further,the treatment effects were analyzed.Results:Among the 15 cases,the clinical symptoms got relieved after the treatment,and 18 ostiums opened well.The scores of VAS and L-K 3 and 12 months after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05);however,there were no statistical differences in the scores of VAS and L-K between 3 and 12 months after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Balloon sinuplasty is an effective and safe minimally invasive new method for pediatric chronic maxillary sinusitis with stable effects.更多还原
