【摘要】 目的:观察儿童多动症采用中药配合心理-行为矫正治疗效果。方法:将80例多动症患儿分为两组,对照组40例,应用中药治疗;观察组40例,在对照组基础上运用心理-行为矫正治疗,应用儿童行为量表、Conners父母症状评分比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:两组患儿行为退缩、思维问题、躯体主诉三项指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组焦虑抑郁、违纪行为、社交问题、注意缺陷、攻击行为各指标评分和Conners父母症状问卷中的品行问题、身心问题、学习问题、焦虑、冲动、多动指数各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。结论:儿童多动症采用中药配合心理-行为矫正治疗的效果优于单纯中药治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological behavior modification therapy in children with ADHD. Methods: 80 cases of ADHD children were divided into two groups: 40 cases in the control group,being given the traditional Chinese medicine treatment; 40 cases in the observation group,accepting the psychological behavior modification therapy based on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The Child Behavior Checklist and Conners parent symptom questionnaire in two groups were used to evaluate the treatment effects. Results: There were no significant differences in the three indicators of withdrawal,thinking problems,and physical complaints between the two groups(P>0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression,antisocial behavior,social problems,attention deficits,attack index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Further,the scores of conduct problems,physical and mental problems,learning problems,anxiety,impulsivity and hyperactivity indexes in the Conners parent symptom questionnaire of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group(97.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5%)(P<0.01). Conclusions: In the clinical treatment of ADHD,the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological behavior modification method is more effective than single traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
