【摘要】 目的了解茂名市流动儿童保健现状,分析其影响因素,提出适宜流动儿童的健康保健模式。方法抽取茂名市区两个街道对四个工业区196例0~3岁儿童监护人进行问卷调查,了解儿童保健状况,χ2检验分析其影响因素。结果共计收集200份调查问卷,剔除无效问卷4份,有效样本196例,其中男童107例,女童89例,1岁以下78例,1岁65例,2岁53例。监护人文化程度:初中及以下39例,高中88例,大专54例,本科及以上15例。被调查家庭的平均收入3 000元以下25例,3 000~4 999元119例,5 000~7 999元32例,8 000~9 999元20例。儿童规范接种率为94.90%(186例)、健康体检率为59.69%(117例)、营养性疾病的患病率为21.43%(42例),年龄、监护人文化程度、家庭收入成为影响儿童保健状况的影响因素,年龄和监护人的文化程度成为影响儿童规范接种率的主要因素,年龄、监护人文化程度、家庭收入成为影响儿童健康体检率的主要因素,年龄成为影响儿童营养性疾病患病率的主要因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茂名市流动儿童健康体检率低,营养性疾病的患病率较高,儿童保健现状令人担忧,需要完善一站式儿童保健流程、加大儿童保健管理宣传力、加强部门合作、进一步加大政府财政的投入,改善流动儿童的健康保健现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current health status of migrant children in Maoming city,analyze the influential factors,and put forward the health care model suitable for migrant children.Methods We selected 196 children aged 0-3 years in four industrial districts in Maoming city to investigate the children’s health status,and to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were collected and 4 valid samples were removed.There were 196 valid samples,including 107 boys,89 boys,78 under 1,and 65 in 1 and 53 in 2 years.Guardian education:junior high school and the following 39 cases,88 cases of high school,54 cases of college,undergraduate and above 15 cases.The average income of the families surveyed was less than 3 000 yuan in 25 cases,119 cases from 3 000 to 4 999 yuan,32 cases of 5 000 to 7 999 yuan,and 20 cases of 8 000 to 9 999 yuan(98.90%),the physical examination rate was 117 cases(59.69%),the prevalence of nutritional diseases was 42 cases(21.43%),age,guardian education level,household income became the impact of child health care.The age,guardian’s education level and family income became the main factors influencing the health examination rate of children,and the age became the most important factor affecting the prevalence of children’s nutritional diseases.In the main factors,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The health examination rate of migrant children in Maoming city is low,the prevalence of nutritional diseases is high,the current situation of child health care is worrying,wo should perfect one-stop child health care process,increase child health management publicity,strengthen departmental cooperation,further large government financial,investment,improve the health status of migrant children.更多还原
