微波合成用压力容器研制与beta分子筛合成
Development of a Pressure Vessel for Microwave Synthesis and Synthesis of Zeolite Beta
【摘要】 本文对30%玻璃纤维增强型聚醚醚酮(PEEK 450GL30)进行了单轴拉伸力学实验研究;实验数据表明,180℃时材料的抗拉强度为58 MPa。利用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS,设计并研制了微波合成用PEEK 450GL30材料的压力容器;容器在180℃时,可以承受2 MPa的压力。利用该压力容器,初步开展了beta分子筛合成实验。结果显示这种非金属材料压力容器可靠性高,能满足实验要求;beta分子筛结晶度达到了65%。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of 3 0% glass fibre reinforced polyetheretherketone(PEEK450GL3 0)were studied by means of uniaxial tensile experiments.Experimental data indicate the tensile strength at 1 8 0 ℃ is 5 8 MPa.The finite element software ABAQUS was applied to design the PEEK 4 5 0GL3 0pressure vessel.The developed vessel can endure a pressure above 2 MPa at 1 8 0℃.Zeolite beta was synthesised by microwave assisted heating method in these vessels.The crystallinity of the zeolite beta is higher than 6 5%,showing the high reliability vessels can meet experimental requirements.
