咪唑-4,5-二甲酸二乙酯的合成工艺研究
Study on the Synthesis of Diethyl Imidazole-4,5-Dicarboxylate
【摘要】 本文以咪唑-4,5-二甲酸为原料,研究了在酸催化条件下合成咪唑-4,5-二甲酸二乙酯的工艺条件。通过研究反应时间、反应温度及不同的酸催化剂等因素对酯化反应产率的影响,筛选出了合成咪唑-4,5-二甲酸二乙酯的最佳工艺条件。
【Abstract】 The process conditions for the synthesis of diethyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate were studied under acid catalysis with 4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid as raw material. The factors of reaction time, reaction temperature and different acid catalysts that influence the yield of esterification were studied, and the optimum process conditions for the synthesis of diethyl 1 H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate were studied.
