【摘要】 目的探讨肝细胞癌CD15s和PTEN的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化染色EliVisionTM plus两步法检测140例肝细胞癌组织中CD15s和PTEN的表达,分析其与肝细胞癌转移率、分化程度及患者5年生存率的关系。结果 CD15s和PTEN在肝细胞癌中阳性表达率分别为39.3%和33.6%。PTEN阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率低(P<0.05),分化程度及患者5年生存率高(P<0.05);CD15s阳性表达的肝细胞癌转移率高(P<0.05),分化程度及患者5年生存率低(P<0.05)。CD15s的表达与PTEN的表达呈负相关(r=-0.41)。结论 CD15s和PTEN的表达与肝细胞癌分化程度、浸润转移和患者生存期密切相关,联合检测CD15s和PTEN的表达可作为评估肝细胞癌预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD15 sand PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods EliVisionTMplus two-step immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD15 sand PTEN in 140 cases of HCC.The relationship between the expression and hepatocell metastatic rate,differentiation degree and 5-year survival rate was analyzed.These expressions were analyzed in combination with the follow-up information.Results Positive expression rates of CD15 sand PTEN in HCC were 39.3%and 33.6%,respectively.HCC with positive expression of CD15 s had a higher metastatic rate(P<0.05)and a lower 5-year survival rate(P<0.05);HCC with positive PTEN expression had a lower metastatic rate(P<0.05)and a higher 5-year survival rate(P<0.05).The expression of CD15 swas negatively correlated with PTEN expression in HCC(r=-0.41).Conclusion These results showed that the expression of CD15 sand PTEN were closely correlated with differentiation degree,invasion metastasis and patient survival peried in HCC.Expression of CD15 sand PTEN may be clinically used as indicators for assessing HCC prognosis.更多还原
