【摘要】 目的为实现精准化感染控制,明确临床科室的风险级别及风险指标特点,针对性进行管理。方法 2017年1月,在某三级甲等综合性教学医院运用医院感染风险管理方法,探寻临床科室风险级别,分析其在管理、过程和结果指标中的意义。结果研究显示,神经外科、急诊ICU和神经内科ICU为极高风险科室,急诊外科、综合ICU、儿科ICU及急诊内科为高风险科室;不同科室其风险指标的特点有所不同,管理指标风险最高的前5位分别为急诊内科、介入科、疼痛科、颌面外科和中医科;过程指标风险最高的前5位分别为儿科ICU、神经外科、综合ICU、心外科及骨外科;结果指标风险最高的前5位分别为神经外科、神经内科ICU、急诊ICU、儿内科和呼吸ICU。结论在医院感染管理领域,运用风险管理方法,能够明确重点部门及相关指标,为精准化感染控制打好基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To achieve accurate infection control,clear risk level and risk indicators characteristics of clinical departments,so as to conduct target management.METHODS In Jan.2017,risk management method of healthcare associated infection(HAI)were carried out in a tertiary first-class comprehensive teaching hospital,in order to explore the risk level of clinical departments,and analyze its significance in management,process and outcome indicators.RESULTS Studies showed that neurosurgery,emergency ICU and the neurology ICU had very high risk,and emergency surgery,general ICU,pediatric ICU and emergency medicine had high risk.The characteristics of the risk indexes were different among different clinical departments.The top five of the management indicators were emergency medicine,interventional,pain,maxillofacial surgery and regions,respectively.The top five of the process indicators were pediatric ICU,neurosurgery,general ICU,cardiac surgery and orthopedic surgery,respectively.The top five of the result indicators were neurosurgery,neurology ICU,emergency ICU,pediatrics and respiratory medicine ICU,respectively.CONCLUSION In the field of healthcare associated infection management,using risk management method can clear the key departments and related indicators,for accurate infection control.更多还原
