【摘要】 目的探讨应用专利设计的可侧套入筋膜扩张器在无肾积水行经皮肾镜碎石的效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析玉林市第一人民医院在2013年3月至2015年12月收治的154例无积水肾结石患者临床资料,78例应用专利设计的可侧套入筋膜扩张器建立通道,76例应用传统筋膜扩张器结合斑马导丝建立通道,比较两组患者在扩张成功率、建立通道时间、平均手术时间、一期结石清除率、术前术后血红蛋白变化、平均住院时间及住院费用等方面的差异。结果专利可侧套入扩张器组的一次性扩张成功率、建立通道时间、手术时间、血红蛋白下降幅度、住院费用与传统筋膜扩张组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一期清石率和住院时间两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用专利设计的可侧套入筋膜扩张器在无积水肾建立经皮肾通道中优于传统筋膜扩张器,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the patent dilator in establishing tract for percutaneous nephrolithotomy in non-hydronephrotic kidney. Methods The data of 154 patients with renal calculus in non-dilated collecting system during March 2013 to December 2015 in the First People’s Hospital of Yulin were retrospectively reviewed. The dilation success rate, tract formation time, total operating time, preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin concentrations, stone free rate, average postoperative hospital stay and the cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in dilation success rate, tract formation time, hemoglobin decline and cost of hospitalization between the two groups(P<0.05), but one stage stone-free rate and hospital stay weren’t different significantly(P>0.05). Conclusion The establishment of passage with the patent dilator for renal calculus in non-dilated collecting system appears simple and efficient.更多还原
