【摘要】 目的探讨综合清洗方法在复用管腔类器械清洗灭菌中的效果。方法 2015年1月-2017年1月抽取本院复用管腔类器械600件,随机分组法分为三组,每组均200件,A组采取酶液浸泡+毛刷刷洗+超声机震动+高压水枪冲洗,B组器械未采取毛刷清洗,其他流程与A组相同,C组器械未采取超声震动清洗,其他流程与A组相同,分析其清洗灭菌效果。结果 A组清洗方式的RLU值明显低于其他两组,P<0.05。结论对复用管腔类器械采用综合清洗方式(即酶液浸泡、毛刷刷洗、超声机震动、高压水枪冲洗)便于提高清洗灭菌的效果,值得实践推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive cleaning method in cleaning and sterilization of reused lumen apparatus. Method From January 2015 to January 2017, 600 pieces of reused lumen were extracted,it was divided into three groups according to the random grouping method, with 200 pieces in each group, group A was soaked with enzyme liquid + brush and washed + ultrasonic machine vibration + high pressure water gun flushing, no brush cleaning was used in group B, and the other processes were the same as that in group A, group C instruments did not take ultrasonic vibration cleaning, and the other processes were the same as those in the A group, and the effect of cleaning and sterilization was analyzed.Results The RLU value of cleaning method of group A was significantly lower than the other two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The use of comprehensive cleaning method for reused lumen instruments(enzyme liquid soaking, brush and washed, ultrasonic machine vibration, high pressure water gun flushing) is easy to improve the effect of cleaning and sterilization, it is worth practicing and popularizing.更多还原
